It's December 2012, the night of the apocalypse, and Luke just got dumped. This is the story of one boy's journey for connection, hope, and love, hours before the world ends.

This is a short I wrote, produced, shot, directed, and co-edited my freshman year in Chicago. Its currently being considered for placement in the Seattle International Film Festival and San Francisco International Film Festival.

    Dude! Nicely done! You couldn't have held that end shot a second longer?? haha. I think audiences really wanna see that kiss... No but seriously awesome job by everyone. Your lead actor, Tanner, was quite good. The opening shot during the voicemail was probably my fav part. The subway was great too though... and when he first walks into the party. Shit, it was all good.

    Oh and when he chugged that SoCo was sweeet! haha

    PS. did you shoot in HD and then upload in SD? Or did you shoot in SD? I think those cannon XH A1s are incredible...

    haha! thanks a lot man! i just did a quicktime down convert for the web, so whatever that does...it was shot in HD, yes.

    Parts remind me of "Rules of Attraction" and parts remind me of "In search of a midnight kiss". Great editing, particularly with the music.
