Raymond Chang, an upcoming junior at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and participant in the Summer in Biomedical Sciences Undergraduate Research Program, won first place in the Life Sciences division at the 2013 UAB Summer Research Expo for his project, "Blunted resistance training-induced muscle regrowth among atrophied older adults is associated with heightened inflammatory/proteolytic signaling." Here, Raymond talks about his project, his time in the SIBS program and his future plans.
