    You used pre-sliced cheese?

Personally it looks a bit empty to me. It needs to be spilling out the edges. Otherwise I feel ripped off.

    I am hungry now though.

Ahhh a fried egg! Not a rubbery, tasteless microwaved egg...

And you definately need more "ketchup" than I put on!

Thanks for the lession - maybe ill have to try the official Egg Sandwich tomorrow for lunch.
  • justin 2 years ago
Yeah - good eye - when I ate it I noticed a serious deficiency in ketchup, so I'd recommend more than I put on in the video.

Well, i think each method depends on your goal.
Justin's is for a good, but time consuming, egg sandwich with delicious heinz ketchup.
Joel's one is for a quick egg sandwich with tomato sauce. If I'm on a hurry I would definitely go for Joel's method.

And if you're perparing the meal for a romantic date, then you'd definately go with my method ;)

We'll save mine for one night stands huh?

Yeah, this is completely different from Joel's. I'm glad you uploaded this so there's no confusion on how to really make a puke-wich.

I'm actually tempted to try it sometime, but I think it would just be a waste of some good food, since I'm 99.9% positive it would be gross.
  • justin 2 years ago
Try it ... vimeo it ... thank me

I've spent the past two hours trying to do this. I did a video of me making one, and now I just can't seem to stop running into complications. Apparently iMovie can't handle importing large files, and won't import it at all once I edit it in Quicktime. This. Is. So. Frustrating.
  • justin 2 years ago
iMovie just can't handle all the delectable cheesyeggly goodness.

I wonder how many egg sandwich clips will be uploaded...

I know how to make the best, most effective, and delicious egg sandwich out of anyone. Be prepared for a clip within the next couple of days.
  • justin 2 years ago
I'm looking forward to it! YUM

There should be a lot more cooking videos on Vimeo, I'd like to try out some new recipes.

Did you tape yourself while cooking? That's amazing. You could have your own bachelor cooking show... where you cook and video at the same time.
  • justin 2 years ago
I was! That shit was hard. Especially when I realized I had to flip the egg and had nothing to flip it with.

NO WAY!!! awwww Justin, you're awesome!!!

I see you didn't opt for the bagel this time around. It's ok, I'll let it pass.

You may just see a response to this sometime in the near future...coughTHEPROPERWAYcough
  • justin 2 years ago
Don't worry, I'm definately planning to give your bagel version a shot in the near-breakfast.

There is no better time to have a egg sandwich than at 2:30 in the morning. Geesh!!!Nice ketchup squirting. I like to make a little smiley face with my ketchup.

Justin - whenever I watch a clip of you I cant help but picture that cute kid who was forced to bring in carts during cold Wisconsin winters. With your little pink cheeks. aaaawww. :)

Also - that is a really nice spatula.

My favorite bit is the part where the camera was briefly on the cat licking himself then right back to the eggs without a skip.

he wasn't trying to make a HEART ATTACK.
  • justin 2 years ago
I think the closest egg-related heart attack I ever had was at this Hawaiian food place. It was ... 2 burger patties, 2 fried eggs, sitting on a bed of white rice and smothered in gravy. CAN YOU FRICKIN' BELIEVE IT?!

I had a full english breakfast once... I think im still passing it through.
