Olivia Harris sang this haunting cover of "Up on the Roof" as part of her preparation for the role of Maggie, months before we ever shot THE PLAYROOM. The New York Times called it "the eeriest, loveliest version you're ever likely to hear."

We liked it so much that we got the team together one last time to memorialize our version of this Carole King classic. MPS provided the soundstage, Steve Leary built the rooftop set, Liz McCracken came out for make-up, and Russell Blair made it all look gorgeous. Mark Menza loaned us his studio, Bruce Richardson gave us a new mix, and Laurie McNair created the dreamy, night-sky backgrounds. Enjoy! And leave us a comment below--we'd love to hear from you.
