Nerve wracking, it is still is. Stitching together several thousand of photographs is definitely a challenge especially if it needs to be a same-day edit. Since this is the nth time we have done this photomotion, we were able to pick up several techniques to improve this craft.

- the longer the clip the better, meaning a minimum of 100 photographs in one burst
- the use of tripod for steady shots
- the lens/body in manual mode so that you can adjust focusing from blur to clear to provide a more interesting clip
- even the clips are sort of staccato, the movement must be smooth and continuous to ensure a usable clip
- you can push the ISO even to 1600 for low lighting conditions
