Outside of Novara, Italy and home to the hometown club team, Novara Calcio (relegated to Serie B from Serie A last seson) the Novarello training facility (aka "The Blue Village") is only 6 years old. It has 3 full regulation soccer fields (2 turf, 1 grass), 2 small sided turf pitches, a full indoor gymnasium, player dorms, a pro workout gym and a 4 star hotel complete with an indoor pool with hydromassage corner, sauna, and Turkish bath. And there's a great restaurant that serves local Italian cuisine to boot!
The facility is Italy's Piedmont region, one of the largest producers of rice for all of Europe. It is surrounded by miles of beautiful rice fields and is located an hour's drive west of Milan.
