VUURVANGERKIND
HD video projection and 16 channel sound diffusion.
With her back to the camera.
Movement of/like smoke. Light flickers, disintegration patterns, reappearance, rememberance, distance, death.
Low light, ultra long-distance.
The soundtrack when experienced in installation drowns the viewer. It is spatialized so as to move through and around the viewer as smoke in the wind would. (Speakers are installed behind and around the viewer). The whole piece is a strange and uneventful moment of transcendence.
