Vail Daily 'On the Hill' correspondent John LaConte visits the Bio Motion Laboratory of the world-renowned Steadman Philippon Research, where scientists are analyzing a golfer's swing using 3D bio-motion capture technology.
Golfers who sign up to play the annual Vail Valley Medical Center 2013 Steadman Philippon Research Institute Golf Classic on August 15 will have an opportunity to have their bodies rigged with sensors and their swings captured in 3d space the bio motion lab. They'll be presented with a clip which they can have analyzed there at the institute by the team of researchers at Steadman Philippon, or to take home show to their golf pros.
