He gives a shout-out to NASCAR and Daytona International Speedway as he presents a luxurious small lawn that could display Racing Stock Cars for fans, drivers, and guests. Three hundred plus attendees awaited Glenn Storch, P.A. accompanied by Bayshore Capital Group as they revealed the new
amenity to arrive in Daytona Beach in 2016 - The Hard Rock Hotel and Cafe. This presentation featured several renderings that
made one feel like they were on a cruise ship - that surreal feeling that one gets when they have their feet propped up looking at
views of the Atlantic Ocean with an ice cold beverage in hand.
This hotel is not only going to be geared for tourists, but locals as well...who have the _rst choice to attend a live
performance within minutes of their house! Artists from Led Zepplin to Bob Marley have performed at Hard Rocks all over the
world, and now will be appearing in our back yard!
"This is the _rst new hotel on the beachside in over 20 years," said Daytona Beach attorney Glenn Storch, who's working with
Bayshore on the project. "It jump-starts redevelopment in Daytona Beach." This project is geared to bring in hundreds of jobs and
make the local economy boom.
This project is going to create the synergy that the Hotel & Restaurant Council has been aiming for. Jason Reader, GM of the
Hilton, said "This is just what Daytona Beach needs. We are a tourist destination, and will continue our tradition of driving folks to
our area. Everyone will bene_t from this project."
The contractors are making sure that this hotel brings views that people have never experienced before in Daytona Beach. 360
degree glass views await business executives in the proposed board room - so when you're "at work", you will feel like you're on
vacation. Two hot tubs will accompany a large pool including an outdoor bar and stage overlooking the ocean to complete the
375,000 square foot development.
