129. People of New Orleans (episode 2)

This is episode 2 in my series entitled "People of". I pick a new city that I visit and I try to capture the vibe and characters of the places I go. A very documentary/montage approach to things.
This piece showcases New Orleans, and mainly the french quarter and I also went to the 9th Ward that was hardest hit by Hurricane Katrina...Grass fields of neighborhoods only remain and a few houses...the site was insane and to see there is also so much damage still left after 4 years is hard to swallow.
