9. One night at the Thunderdome - Montbello vs. Denver East

Feb. 21 @ Manual High School, Denver, Colo.
The Denver East High School Angels, coached by Rudy Carey, takes on rival Montbello High School Warriors, coached by David Carey (Rudy's son).
Last year's overtime win by the underdog Montbello over the eventual 5A state champion Angels was the best basketball game I've seen in my life. Montbello lost eight seniors, but still managed to put in for a pretty great game.
And their drumline just can't be beat.
