Last September a couple of my friends did a dive trip along the coast in BC. We ended up in Powell River BC.
While staying in a Hotel near the water we noticed these river otters laying on the dock. I took some video of it and then decieded to make two versions.
This is the one in the style of an old movie news clip. The other one is called Frolicking River Otters in Cartoon style.
