There is a simple story behind every loaf of bread that comes from Silver Hills Bakery, one that demonstrates that while others might not take pride in simplicity, we simply do.
We like to slow things down and do them right and that means using sprouted organic whole grains instead of milling for a nutritious and tastier bread. In fact, each loaf of bread that we make takes thirty-six hours to produce. And yes, over the years we've learned faster ways to bake bread but we've yet to find a better way.
So, today we still make bread the best way we know how and the result is simply delicious.
