my 1st attempt to shoot a 3D doco, filmed on a custom built rig using 2 Canon HV30's.

the film is about one of my best friends who used to work in the field of VFX (Visual Effects for Film), who quit the industry, liquidated all of his assets, and removed himself from a comfortable American lifestyle. He is now a goat herder and sustenance farmer living in a very remote mountain region of the Philippines. His family and friends have not seen him in years, many thinking he's gone crazy. I trekked through the jungle to visit him and to find out why he gave up on our modern consumerist society and what he has discovered about life and himself. Connecting back with nature, how we used to live as homosapiens has become his panacea.
