Yep- 25p all the way.
Fixed exposure, focus lock.
Manfrotto 700RC2 head for pans.
Circular polarizer+Magic Bullet Suite FX.
Little bit of sharp/unsharp in Sony Vegas 9.0.
No depth of field adaptors used- exposure lock on at all times, taking care to keep the aperture between f2 & f4.
With this it is possible to create the effect you mention..
Very good mood and images.
I know this is a silly question but how do you do for the white balance? You have to put a piece of white paper in front of the camera every time you'll shoot a different scene?
With my last camera I regularly adjusted white balance using a pocket notebook- with my HV30 in Nepal I don't remember a single occasion when I did this- tended to stick to sunny or cloudy settings, according to the light..
When you say you shoot 25p it means 24p too right?
Does it have anything to do about the shutter speed? What shutter speed did you use for this video?
Thanks!
Becasue I work with aperture priority the shutter speed is the variable factor- anything between 1/25 and 1/2000, according to what light is available/aperture I've chosen.
Hope this helps..
The majestic beauty of the Annapurna range, the streets, temples, monkeys and milk tea stops of Kathmandu, so hard to convey in words, are embedded in each of your images.
Thanks for transporting me - albeit virtually + briefly - back to a country and people that I love.
