Our Wine Buff April Bloom is tasting the 2011 Chateau Peyruchet, Bordeaux, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A vibrant wine with a slight smoky quality and a rich, tart character with notes of lemon, orange blossom, asparagus and kumquat on the palate.
This wine pairs well with: Chips and Salsa, Roast Chicken with Herbs, Sausages, Seafood, Spicy Sushi
