Wine Review: 2010 Vieux Chateau des Combes, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru []

Our Guest Juror Mindy Joyce is tasting the 2010 Vieux Chateau des Combes, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A plummy and fresh palate with notes of tobacco, cherry, oak and menthol with a damp earthy undertone.
This wine pairs well with: Braised Beef, Grilled Meat, Mongolian Beef, Steak Frites

70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
