Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2011 Chateau Haut-Vigneau, Pessac-Leognan, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
An earthy wine with a silky texture, solid tannins and a mineral underpinning with pomegranate, berry, vanilla and herbal notes.
This wine pairs well with: Arugula Salad, Beef Bourguignon, Bleu Cheese Filet, Pizza, Roast Duck, Spaghetti Bolognese, Steak Frites

70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot
