TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2008 Chateau Castera, Medoc, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
The wine has a subtle complexity with a silky mouthfeel. Carries well with minty, herbal, vanilla, cherry and marzipan notes.
This wine pairs well with:Duck, Grilled Vegetables, Herb-Crusted Roast, Pork Chop, Sautéed Mushrooms, Spiced Sausage

55% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot
