TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2009 Chateau Greysac, Medoc, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A rich, sweet wine with moderate tannins and well-balanced acidity. Notes of vanilla, oak, plum and peppercorn with a citrus and mineral character.
This wine pairs well with: Aged Cheese, Charcuterie, Dark Meat Schnitzel, Pizza, Ribeye Steak, Root Vegetables

50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot
