Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2005 Chateau Perenne, Blaye-Cotes de Bordeaux, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
Earthy, complex and well-balanced with an evolved, mature nose and notes of tobacco, cedar, plum and cinnamon.
This wine pairs well with: Almonds, BBQ, Braised Short Ribs and Purée, Game Meats, Grilled Meats, Lamb, Olives, Pizza, Roast Beef

86% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Malbec
