Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2009 Chateau Peyredon Lagravette, Haut-Medoc, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A rustic and charming wine with a clean, bright cherry nose and a slight bitterness. Smooth, full and earthy with cherry and lavender notes.
This wine pairs well with: Aperitif, Braised Meat, Bruschetta, Cheese Plate, Duck, Pâté, Prime Rib, Steak au Poivre, Tartare
