TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2011 La Fleur d'Amelie, Bordeaux, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A vibrant, tropical and flinty wine with a with a lean palate of citrus and floral notes and a great, chalky nose.
This wine pairs well with: Oysters, Roast Chicken, Salad, Salmon, Soft-Baked Fish, Spicy Sushi

80% Sauvignon Blanc , 20% Sémillon
