TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff Mollie Battenhouse is tasting the 2006 Chateau Lafon, Listrac-Medoc, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A complex, well-balanced wine with a tannic grip and sweet, ripe palate containing notes of cherry, herbs, spice and oak that carry into a plum finish.
This wine pairs well with: Beef Carpaccio with Capers, Braised Rabbit, Cheese Plate, Grilled Meat, Red Meat, Teriyaki, Waxed Beans

GRAPES
55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45%Merlot
