Wine Review: 2009 Chateau le Bernet, Graves []

Our Wine Buff Mollie Battenhouse is tasting the 2009 Chateau le Bernet, Graves, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A simple, sweet wine with soft tannins, dusty minerals and a nice, light profile containing notes of raspberry, vanilla, oak and herbs.
This wine pairs well with:Hangar Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Pasta with Tomato-Based/Meat Sauces, Roast Lamb with Spring Vegetables

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec
