We have a shoot on Friday in which we want to capture the "Twilight" period. So I wanted to check out the Tiffen "Day For Night" filters. The cool filter is meant to mimic moonlight, or morning twilight. If I stop down significantly, or bring it down in post it will give a dark moonlight effect. The other Filter is a warming filter meant to mimic "Twilight", the sun set time of day. I wanted to use both in an area with "Harsh Light" to see how it performed under real world working conditions. It would have been nice if I could have caught some landscape, but living in the concrete jungle it's not always readily available.
