Historic heritage listed "Rosewood" on 2.509 hectares (approx) is a substantial 2 storey Victorian/Georgian home owned by only one family for the past 48 years.
"Rosewood" originally comprised some 2500 acres and was built by early British transportee John Clarke between 1817 and 1832, further extensions to the original sandstone home were completed around 1890 and 1910. Heritage listed outbuildings comprise a large timber coach house, old bakery with sandstone oven, smokehouse and stables.
