Join Me in Mega Punches 1 ( light intensity with maximum speed) - In this workout, it's all about getting to the goal of one hour of various punches, Round one - 2,000 Jab Punches Warmup, Rest 1 min., 10,000 Cardio Punches Combo, Rest 1 min, 2,000 Speed Punches, Rest 1 min, ending with three optional free-style boxing rounds at your own desired speed and intensity for best result, with 1 min rest in between. Total, 14,000 structured punches + 3 rounds of free style boxing. You do what I'm doing during the boxing rounds as a guide, but boxing rounds are for you to push yourself to your desired limit of exhaustion. As always, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
