one lil tip: your voice is only coming out of one box. you should check the mono-checkbox in screenflow sound settings. I had the same issue with my microphone and screencasts and by exporting the sound in mono you get rid of it. cheers!

The only thing that bothers me is that the shadow is also "curvy" and going up. The only thing that should change according to the shadow is the opacity and maybe the spread then the cable goes up/away from the floor.
When its near the floor the shadow would be more opaque and sharpe.
No hard feelings, only my opinion.
I like the 3D stroke effect but find it somethime a bit confusing cause the raw stroke is 2D and the endresult is 3D. The hard part for me is to modify the raw stroke to get it the way I want in the final output.
I noticed that the Bevel Alpha makes an unwanted edge on the left screen side - where the cord touches the border.
To avoid this I created a slightly larger comp, cropping it then into the output comp.
