Team NRS - Devon Barker, Erin Clancey, Jud Keiser and Kurtis Perkins - surf the infamous "Mill Wave" on the Salmon River at Riggins, ID. The Mill Wave hasn't appeared for 6 years and Team NRS was lucky enough to witness the wave's reincarnation and the last hot weather of the summer in Sept. 2009.
