Leor Pantilat completed the 46 mile Rae Lakes Loop in Kings Canyon National Park in 12 hours, 31 minutes on October 24, 2009. Snowy conditions above 10,000 feet made for slow going at times, but the spectacular views more than compensated.

    were you running almost the whole time? Geez it took us 3 hours to climb up Paradise Valley...got dark before we made it to the Upper Valley.
