You're a Jedi Master! Breathtaking work!!
Thanks for sharing.
crazy world we live on
I am speechless
Lucasberg, these shutters can take a lot of abuse. A guy I know has run his Rebel XT for like 250,000 exposures already with no trouble!
This video pushed me over the edge to get a TC-80N3 so I can use my XTI and 40D. I cant wait to get going.
haha
this is really great Tom
*bows down to Ron Fricke*

I was editing 16mm on a flatbed a couple days ago and i saw a ton of 70mm and it made me think of baraka

Bro, would you be intrested in shooting our next music vdo? A whole music vdo shot on a DSLR. How amazingly crazy would that be :)

You're welcome any time.
As far as the virtual pans, all you have to do is set position keyrames, one at the beginning, and one at the end, then move the frame across the comp. Very easy once you figure it out. Actually, Premiere Pro can do the same thing, too.
Hope that helps.
It reminds me a little bit on the film "koyanisqaatsi". Have you seen it? Amazing stuff!
Awesome work man!!!!
