This was a test of a cheap ($100) slider I bought some months ago. It's not the most graceful thing on earth, but you just gotta learn to work with it. I've had a passion lately for getting into the outdoors and shooting random trees and bodies of water. It must be some sort or return to my roots or something.
I have to perfect my sliding technique slightly as I'm sure you'll see. Moreover, there are some noisy/ moire-filled images, so I'm learning what picture profiles result in less noise on my T3i. Come to find out, DSLR gurus like Philip Bloom are right: keep the image flat and worry about sharpening, saturating and adding contrast later. Let me know what you guys think!
