The Norwegian Refugee Council is involved in projects to support resilience of the most vulnerable in Somalia by providing cash-based transfer, which aims at preventing further deterioration of household
food security. The programme targets 2,900 households (from IDPs and host communities) comprised
of 1,000 households living in Garowe town and IDPs settlements: 400 households living in Bossaso IDPs settlements; and 1,000 in Burao's IDPs settlements and 500 households in Mogadishu IDPs settlements. For more information, write to: nashon.tado@nrc.no
