A fake television pilot from the show "American Murder," a half-hour comedy show about Bobby Jean Cornsack and Rhonda Sitsfat, a female Southern stand-up comedy duo torn asunder when Bobby Jean is offered a television deal. After Cornsack is found dead in a hotel room, Sitsfat is targeted as the prime suspect in her murder. "American Murder" is the Dateline-esque news show leading up to Sitsfat's trial.
