Today I pimped my corridor. I wanted an intrance to my home that would feel like a gateway to another world as my other rooms will get steampunked one by one.

I watched a Video showing Quake being played on an Pandora handheld. And thought that the lighting of the corridors would be a good way to transform my white in white designed corridor into that gateway for cheap.

So I ordered seven Lights with 64 LED per light that change color.

When you turn on the light now the whole corridor is iluminated in red and changing its colors slowly.

The good thing is that, if you let the lights turned on a longer time the Lights don't change colors in sync anymore, creating a kind of cool spooky feel.

And my now 14 month old son loves the colors :-)
