It sounds like you have got too much weight on the bottom which is making the stabilizer bottom heavy. Please watch the MMC set-up guide which will help show how to get the correct balance or call us direct and we will help talk you through the set-up.

Couple of comments. First, the stabilizer is precessing in one direction, does not matter which side the camera leans to, it always turns right when I move it. Maybe can be cured with better weight distribution.
Another thing, have you considered making the ball joint not spherical, but ellipsoidal? I am thinking, that for easier control of the camera I could just tilt the handle and the camera would "slide" off it.
Just wanted to congratulate you for this amazing product. Your videos are so easy to understand and I just placed my order an hour ago (Sunday, Oct 4th, 2009). Is there any info available on when could I receive my package, at least approximately? I live in Toronto, Canada.
