As the summer comes to a close, so does the Shelter's participation in the ASPCA Rachael Ray 100K Challenge. This week, discounts on adoptions continue as part of the final push to win the competition. The video this week features a recap of all the fun events over the summer along with a big thank you to everyone who supported the Shelter's efforts to save more lives than ever before. There is also a wonderful adoptable dog and adorable kittens featured on this episode.
Dog #A166978 "Odin" is a wonderful, "sweet as pie," 6-8 month old male, neutered Mastiff/Rottweiler mix. He is a big boy and he still has some growing left to do. He is active and friendly and he needs a home, with a big yard, right away! He is a Long-timer, which means his adoption fee is only $10. Come on in and visit Odin; he is a gentle giant who will melt your heart.
Cats #168445, 168447, and 168449 Meet "Larry, Curly and Moe." Yes, you can laugh as they do have senses of humor when naming pets at the Shelter. Come check out the three, almost identical eight-week old, male, tiger orange and white Domestic Shorthair tabby kittens that are available for adoption. Adopt them separately or as a trio, but don't ask which is which. Don't be a wise guy, come in and visit “Larry, Curly and Moe” today and take them home. And, since the fee for cats is waived through Saturday, you can take one or all three home for free.
"Odin," "Larry," "Curly" and "Moe," are looking for new families to love. Come into the Shelter and save a life by adopting a fantastic pet. Every pet you adopt helps Osceola County Animal Services win the ASPCA/Rachael Ray 100K Challenge! So come adopt your forever friend today!
Please keep in mind, however, that the animals' stay at the Shelter is EXTREMELY limited, and they may or may not be available when you arrive. The Shelter is located at 3910 Old Canoe Creek Road in St. Cloud, or to find out what animals are available, check the adoptable pets on the Osceola County Animal Services website at osceola.org/go/pets. You can also find Osceola County Animal Services on FACEBOOK at facebook.com/OsceolaCountyAnimalServices.
