Experimentation. Hamstring wobble may be I had the weight too far back, or it was just from the reps? Note different grips, hook grip is most even and has longest arms but takes longer to set up. Last lift I held my breath at the top and this made it feel springy. First single was fastest because of stored elastic energy and hook grip.
