This work, made throughout 2007 tells us the passage of the seasons and the fragility of the nature. All images are shoot in Catalonia (Spain), and my intention is to show people the Earth natural things, using my native territory for explain it.

The photography is beautiful, one fantastic image after another, and it's put together very well.
It's a shame that it's so long and I can't download it. It kept stopping every few seconds which ruined it a bit.
You have put some work into this. It must have taken you months.
I'd be really interested to know what you intend to do with it.
Did you use a crane for many of those shots?
By the way, can you tell me what camera you used please.

Yes, I used a elitecam (manual crane) for some shoots, the work is filmed over a year in Catalonia landscapes.
The camera I use is a HVR-Z1E.
I Attempts to put the video in lower quality for bad slow viewing.
The work is a critique to the human in front of nature.
I will try to look at your film again when there is less traffic on the web.
fantastic pictures. I am new to HD Recording - so I am sorry for a silly question. It looks to me as if you might have used the Cineframe mode? I am currently planning a production and I definetly want the 25P look. With cheaper cams I would have to simulate that by recalculating rom 30 to 25P I guess.

No sabía que Haïku es tan apreciado fuera del Japón.
Pero la verdad es que me parece que la gente no conoce bien lo que es haïku como tú.
Digo que eres el único que lo conoces correctamente.
El ritmo 5-7-5 es un carácter esencial de haïku, y parece que la gente lo sabe bien, pero parece que la gente no sabe bien el otro esencial: "kigo".
Haïku debe tener algo de una de cuatro estaciónes, como tú sabes muy bien.
La poesía al ritmo de 5-7-5 sin "kigo" es de una otra categoría, que se llama "senryu".
Con Senryu, contamos más a menudo cosas de la vida con sentido un poco sínico o irónico
Quizás tú lo sabes también.
Yo iba a escribir éso al forum de Video Haiku, pero pensé que están divertidos de lo que hacen, y yo no tengo que molestarles.
De todas maneras agradezco mucho tus comentarios. Aun nadie me habia hablado del concepto KIGO empleado en mi trabajo, y es un honor para mi que una persona de tu cultura haya valorado tan positivamente este echo.
Yo no soy ningun experto en haiku y poesia japonesa, pero con la elaboracion de este documento audiovisual he aprendido muchisimo sobre la esencia de lo que tu hablas sobre las estaciones y su vinculación directa con haiku.

Quiero aprender como grabar la naturaleza en este estilo.
Tu obra es bellisima. La fotografia, la edicion y la idea general del proyecto son soberbias. Voy a recomendar tu pelicula a todas aquellas personas que conozco y son sensibles de apreciar el paso de las estaciones y a nuestra madre Naturaleza, tal como lo hiciste.

Quizas, con lo unico que no me he sentido comoda es con la locucion. Entiendo que hayas querido agregarle una narracion, pero semejantes imagenes hablaban por si solas. Probablemente, ante la necesidad de incorporar un relato, yo hubiese recurrido a un texto sobre impuesto, o a limitadisimas placas para narrar el efecto de las estaciones sobre la naturaleza.
Pero no quiero que consideres esto una critica. Tu video es de lo mas hermoso y delicado que he visto en años.
Referente a la narración, tuve serias dudas de poner o no voz en off, pero al tratarse de un trabajo inspirado en Kigo y Haiku, utilizé la voz off para crear los haikus de cuando cambia la estacion y conversan las dos estaciones en vericulos de 5-7-5.
Es un pequeño detalle que cuesta fijarse, pero que creo que le da un sentido a la narración, y un lazo entre naturaleza, haiku y Kigo, que en resumen es la esencia del haiku atada a la naturaleza y las estaciones.
