The theme of this animation was an abstract cycle of life, including birth, life, and death. So since I can't really model things, I stuck to the simple premade polygons in Maya. Even though it doesn't exactly show a living being, I think it captures the life cycle pretty well. Especially death. I liked animating that part the most. There's reasons why I chose to animate each part the way I did, but I'll leave it up to interpretation of the viewers for now. Although I will say that the first drop is the birth, the rest is life, and when it falls apart is death.

I'm pretty proud of this animation, because it's one of my first 3d ones, and I used lighting. That made my animation take four hours to render. Hahaha, fun. But it's no joke how fun it was to make the animation! Hopefully I can do more things later on.
