See all Show me
The video shows an under used section of the Folsom CA bike trail which connects to the American River bike trail. The trail is great for trikes, as it has lots of fast, twisting downhill runs.

Great vid and trail Rich. Lots of twists and turns which added to interest. I love the camera perspective on the trike. I'm picking up my Trice Q in April. Looking forward to shooting video from the trike. It's a super platform for photography.
    How long is the trail?
Looking forward to seeing more video from you.

    Ride slow, Enjoy the show!

Great vid, and all with a hand held! I am just a little jealous of the weather you have (and Bob also) as we got another 4 inches of snow last night, only to start melting today. Slop! Looking forward to more!

Hey, guys, and thanks much for the positive comments! This stretch of trail is part of a large trail system that runs from this area (Folsom, CA) all the way down to Old Town Sacramento. If you were to start a ride in Old Town, ride all the way up through this area in Folsom, and then back down to Old Sac, you’d be looking at around a 70 mile ride. Oh yeah, I’ve discovered that a trike is a fantastic platform for shooting videos. It’s just like a pedal-powered dolly! Keep your chin up, Richard, that snow will be gone before you know it! :)

Great scenary! Thanks for posting this. I thought that was a cat collar bell to warn brids of your approach. ;-)

That bell was driving me crazy, but strangely, it adds interest to the video. Maybe I'll try some sleigh bells next time ;)
