Foothill Trails District Neighborhood Council’s 3rd Annual Area 1 Outreach Fiesta held on October 31, 2009 on Claretta Street in Lake View Terrace. The purpose of this event is to personally connect with the Stakeholders to promote a greater participation in the Neighborhood Council.
