This is a test file that hopefully adds something to the discussion at videopia.org on the thread here: videopia.org/index.php/community.html?func=view&catid=18&id=2656
This is SD footage originally shot at 720x480 and converted to 856x480 to compensate for PAR, then put into a 1280x720 frame to take advantage of the higher bit rate afforded HD video.
