In 2003 i was in an internet beard growing contest that lasted four and a half months with no trimming or shaving with participants uploading pictures of their progress daily. this contest grew into whiskerino, a beard growing celebration taking place every 2 years.

the final whiskerino ended in february of 2010. for the last 3 whiskerinos i have taken my picture in the same setup: head & shoulders and no shirt. i don't know why i did this but it allowed me to create an amazing timelapse spanning over 3 whiskerinos and 6 years.
