Purpose: To practice stepping in a fashion that enhances trunk and glut involvement to decrease stress on the knee.
1. Place leg to be exercised on step.
2. Place opposite hand on outside of knee to be exercised.
3. Step up and correct posture to upright posture while stepping up
4. Return opposite hand to outside of knee upon return to start position
