1) White noise (generated using Noise in module flash.display.BitmapData)
2) Randomly changing global luminosity and blur (GradientGlowFilter in module flash.filters).
3) Vertical lines (randomly generated with lineTo).
4) Circular stains (randomly generated)
5) Small "worms" (randomly generated with curveTo method)
6) Text has a random motion.
