These are feral honeybees at 9000' elevation in the High Sierras. I've put out this hive and sugar syrup to attract and track them, I think I'm within a few hundred yards of their hive. Ide like to zero in on it and attempt to capture them before winter sets in, adding to my apiary in the Owens Valley, and possibly bring back up for wild flower season in June.
