Moments of Change

A community film & viral project for Cheltenham Health & Wellbeing Partnership

Moments of Change is an innovative new approach to community project engagement funded by the Cheltenham Health & Wellbeing Strategic Partnership, supported by NHS Gloucestershire, Cheltenham Borough Council and People & Places CIC.

The Gardeners (gardenersmedia.com) were awarded a grant to make a set of films to promote, within the community at large, positive stories about emotional wellbeing and to use multimedia as a way to engage the community in discussion on the topic of mental health and wellbeing, so as to bring about positive social change and reduce stigma & inequality.

The series of web-based viral films present real stories of people suffering with mental health issues.

CALL TO ACTION >>> We encourage communities and organisations to organise their own screenings to watch the films and open up discussion to the issues involved in living with mental illness.
