Start in kneeling position. Extend left leg forward at 90 degree angle and begin to drive hips forward and back then hold the stretch. Reach arms forward to knee and then back overhead, laterally overhead to right then to left, and finally rotationally at chest to left then to right. Repeat with right leg forward.

Next, pre-position left leg out to left side with foot in a toed out position. Lean into the side stretch and then hold. Reach arms forward to knee and then back overhead. Next, laterally overhead to right then to left, and finally rotationally at chest to left then to right. Repeat with right leg forward.
